Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Every piece ships insured and signature-required. We don't release shipments
without a signature and we don't ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or
mail-forwarding addresses.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. Wire
transfers dispatch once funds have cleared our account, which is typically
1–3 business days after sending. If a piece is being serviced or sized before
shipment, we'll tell you the timing when you order.

RATES AND CARRIER

United States — $29
International — $99

All orders ship FedEx Express, insured for the full purchase price, with adult
signature required on delivery.

DELIVERY

FedEx will not release a shipment to anyone other than an adult at the
delivery address, and shipments can't be redirected once in transit. If you
won't be available, ask us before dispatch and we'll route the shipment to a
FedEx location for pickup with photo ID.

Risk passes to you once the shipment is signed for at the delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are set by the destination
country and are your responsibility. They aren't included in the shipping
charge and we can't estimate them in advance. Shipments are declared at full
value, as required by law and by the terms of the insurance.

Certain pieces made with exotic skins can't be shipped outside the United
States without export documentation, and in some cases can't be exported at
all. Where a piece is restricted, it's marked on the product page as available
for domestic delivery only.

SALES TAX

New York sales tax is applied to orders delivered within New York State.

SHOWROOM COLLECTION

Orders can be collected in person at our showroom near Bryant Park by
appointment. Bring photo ID matching the order.
